United Future in Chandler, Arizona seeks a Senior Auditor to join our growing CPA firm on a hybrid schedule. You will lead audits, reviews, and compilations, mentor staff, and ensure adherence to GAAP while building strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Accounting, 2–4 years of public accounting audit experience, and CPA or CPA candidacy. Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities are essential for success in this dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BS degree in Accounting; Masters in Accounting is a plus.
• 2–4 years of audit experience in public accounting.
• CPA or CPA candidate.
• Strong client service mindset and integrity.
• Excellent organizational and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build client relationships by gathering information and offering process improvements.
• Lead client audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning to completion.
• Demonstrate knowledge of GAAP and financial statement presentation.
• Supervise, train, and mentor associates on audit processes.
• Research and analyze financial statements and audit issues.
• Acquire working knowledge of clients’ businesses.
• Perform other accounting services as assigned.
