Job summary

ExcelliSearch, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Auditor to lead audits, reviews, and compilation engagements for a CPA firm client in Chandler, AZ.

The role requires self-motivation, client focus, and strong public accounting experience, with a salary range of 85K–105K depending on DOE and a hybrid work schedule. You will plan and execute engagements, mentor staff, ensure GAAP/GAAS compliance, manage client relationships, and stay current with industry developments to deliver timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (Master’s preferred).
• CPA license preferred.
• 3–5+ years of recent audit experience in public accounting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and other auditing standards.
• Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong client service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute audit, review, and compilation engagements from start to finish.
• Mentor junior staff, providing clear guidance and feedback.
• Review workpapers and financial statements for GAAP/GAAS compliance.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and timely delivery.
• Identify audit issues and recommend improvements.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Stay current on industry developments and applicable regulations.
