Job summary

You will help implement process enhancements, address regulatory reporting needs, and communicate outcomes to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent education and related training or experience.
• Six or more years of financial institution, auditing, public accounting or other relevant experience in a reporting function.
• Broad understanding of banking industry and IIA Standards and SR 13-1.
• Ability to design and implement process enhancements addressing regulatory and supervisory reporting.
• Ability to influence across levels and with external stakeholders.
• Strong business writing and communication skills.
• Experience interacting with senior leaders and audit professionals.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the strategic initiative development, communication and reporting with key stakeholders.
• Participate in design, development, implementation and improvement of Audit Services’ processes and reporting.
• Provide support to 500+ Audit Services teammates regarding internal operations and policies.
• Design and implement special initiatives, mitigate risks with collaboration and reporting.
