Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
• Six or more years of financial institution, auditing, or related experience in a reporting function.
• Broad understanding of banking industry and IIA SR 13‑1 guidance.
• Ability to design and implement process enhancements for regulatory reporting.
• Ability to influence without authority across all levels of the organization.
• Strong business writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Knowledge of risk management and process concepts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present comprehensive audit results to boards and committees.
• Design, develop, implement, and improve Audit Services' data and reporting processes.
• Support 500+ teammates in applying audit methodologies and policies.
• Lead special initiatives, mitigate risks, and report to stakeholders.
