Job summary

Truist is seeking an experienced audit professional to contribute to strategic initiatives within Audit Services. The role focuses on designing, developing, and enhancing processes and reporting to support Truist’s objectives.

You will support 500+ teammates, interact with senior leaders, and work across regulatory and board committees. Strong communication, project management, and risk management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
• Six or more years of financial institution, auditing, public accounting or other relevant experience in a reporting function.
• Knowledge of the IIA Standards and SR 13-1.
• Ability to influence without authority across all levels of the organization.
• Strong business writing and communication skills.
• Ability to interact with senior leaders and audit professionals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic initiative development, communication and reporting to the Board and regulators.
• Assist in designing, developing, and improving Audit Services’ processes and reporting.
• Provide guidance to 500+ Audit teammates on internal policies and procedures.
• Contribute to special initiatives, solving issues and mitigating risks with stakeholders.
