The role emphasizes risk assessment, project leadership, and collaboration across lines of defense to deliver high-quality audit results. You will plan, execute, and report on audits, build relationships with senior stakeholders, and mentor audit staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of audit or risk management experience with project leadership responsibilities.
• Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, or CISA are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a risk-based audit plan for Payment Services over 12-18 months.
• Manage end-to-end audit projects including planning, fieldwork, and reporting.
• Review work for accuracy, relevance and adherence to standards; draft clear audit reports.
• Engage with Payment Services leadership, risk teams, and regulators.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to audit staff; assist with recruitment.
