You will work on engagements from planning to wrap-up, applying risk assessment and audit procedures, and collaborating with Associates, Seniors, Managers, and Partners to deliver high-quality service to banking, not-for-profit, healthcare, and other clients. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with appropriate accounting hours.
• Foundational understanding of GAAS and GAAP
• Analytical skills

• Demonstrated ability to run an engagement

Responsibilities

• Takes initiative to identify best practices and improvements for the next year; considers applicability of best practices for other clients.
• Maintains high level of organization (open items listing, PBC list, client files).
• Reads prior year financial statements and client’s website to gain understanding of client’s business and industry.
• Plays a key role in execution of audit engagement from planning to wrap-up.
• Communicates effectively with team and clients; documents engagement status and responsibilities.
