Job summary

Condley and Company is seeking an Audit Associate to join our team in Abilene, TX. You will receive hands-on training, work closely with the engagement team on diverse client projects, and gain experience across the full audit cycle from planning to deliverables.

You will develop strong accounting and auditing foundations, demonstrate analytical and communication skills, and travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with appropriate accounting hours
• Foundational understanding of accounting and auditing concepts
• Analytical skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel – 30-40% of work time spent on client sites (limited overnight travel)
• Holds a valid Driver’s License and vehicle insurance
• Authorized to work in the United States permanently without the requirement of sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Receive hands-on training and work closely with the engagement team on diverse client projects.
• Learn the processes of public accounting from week one and add value to our clients and their businesses.
• Apply risk-based audit approach and understand the complete audit cycle from planning to deliverables
