Job summary

CLA seeks an Audit Senior to join the North Texas Region office, with offices in Dallas or Fort Worth. You will plan, lead, and execute assurance engagements, work closely with clients and decision makers, and prepare financial statements and disclosures.

This role emphasizes internal controls review and team leadership to deliver exceptional client service. Required are a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, with CPA eligibility preferred, and at least 2 years of audit experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Eligible to sit for CPA exam preferred.
• 2 years of relevant audit experience required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and execute Assurance engagements to provide excellent client service.
• Work closely with clients and decision makers while performing a wide range of assurance procedures.
• Prepare financial statements and related disclosures and reportable condition correspondence letters.
• Assess the design and implementation of internal controls.
• Schedule, delegate, and train team members to help them build inspired careers.
• Collaborate with managers/principals to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
• Develop and maintain effective client relationships.
