Job summary

The Quest Organization Inc is a growing, private equity-backed CPA firm specializing in HOA and CIRA accounting and audit services. We seek a Senior Manager to lead the entire audit function, driving quality, engagement execution, and team development, with equity upside within a PE-backed growth environment.

You will oversee planning, staffing, and scalable processes, partnering with senior leadership to shape the strategic development of the audit practice and manage a high-volume portfolio.

Qualifications

• CPA required.
• Significant public accounting audit experience, ideally at Senior Manager, Director, or Partner level.
• Proven experience leading complete engagements and managing audit teams.
• Strong technical accounting and auditing knowledge.
• Ability to assume final sign-off responsibility.
• HOA/CIRA experience is highly desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements from planning through completion, review, and issuance.
• Provide technical leadership on complex accounting and auditing matters.
• Oversee and develop Audit Managers and the broader audit team.
• Manage staffing, workflow, quality, and timely delivery across a high-volume engagement portfolio.
• Establish scalable processes and best practices to support continued growth.
• Partner with firm leadership on the strategic development of the audit practice.
