Job summary

The Quest Organization Inc. is seeking a Director to lead its entire audit function, a senior leadership role with responsibility for audit quality, engagement execution, team development, and scaling the practice as the firm grows.

You will lead audits from planning through issuance, provide technical leadership on complex matters, and collaborate with firm leadership on strategic development of the audit practice. HOA/CIRA experience is valued but not required.

Qualifications

• CPA required.
• Significant public accounting audit experience at Senior Manager, Director, or Partner level.
• Proven experience leading complete engagements and managing audit teams.
• Strong technical accounting and auditing knowledge.
• Ability to assume final sign-off responsibility.
• HOA/CIRA experience is highly desirable but not required.
• Candidates from other high-volume public accounting environments will be considered.
