Job summary

Sensiba LLP is seeking an experienced Private Equity Audit Partner to lead and expand our alternative investment audit practice in the United States.

You will guide complex private equity fund audits, advise on fund economics and valuation methodologies, and mentor a growing team across audit, tax, and advisory services. Leadership and client-relations excellence are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA license is required and essential for practice.
• Extensive experience leading private equity audits and advisory work.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex private equity fund audits including multi-tier structures and SPVs.
• Oversee engagements from planning to completion with high quality deliverables.
• Advise clients on valuation methodologies and fund structures.
• Develop internal technical expertise and mentor audit teams.
• Grow the private equity audit practice and manage relationships with GPs and fund managers.
