Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking an Audit Manager to join our Private Equity practice. This role involves coordinating audits, guiding engagement teams, and ensuring high quality client service in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate will have a CPA license, 5+ years in public accounting, and proven leadership experience, with travel up to 25% depending on client needs. Compensation range is $89,800 to $170,500 with discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting or equivalent required.
• Active CPA license in the state of residence required.
• 5+ years of public accounting experience.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring staff.
• Knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and FASB/IFRS regulations.
• Proven track record of building profitable client relationships.
• 4+ years of team lead or in-charge experience across engagements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate auditing of all required financial statements and disclosures.
• Assess risk and design audit procedures for engagement teams.
• Understand and utilize RSM’s Audit Methodology.
• Manage multiple engagement teams and prepare end-of-engagement evaluations.
