Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business or related field or equivalent
• 8–10 years of audit experience, preferably in a leadership role
• Advanced knowledge of audit and banking/financial services domain
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Excellent risk management, analytical, facilitation and communication skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to teach concepts and identify root causes of problems

Responsibilities

• Serve as Engagement Manager for large, complex, enterprise-scale audits
• Lead planning, scoping, and development of audit test plans with data analytics
• Set quality expectations and review process documentation for efficiency
• Develop meaningful audit reports aligned with risk appetite and present to stakeholders
• Advise on complex assignments with deep organizational and regulatory knowledge
• Provide leadership and mentoring to junior team members
• Manage relationships with lines of business and assess risk profiles
