Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of banking and financial services risk concepts.
• Strong leadership, decision-making and communication skills.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA or CISA.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Engagement Manager for large, high-risk audits and coordinate resources.
• Develop audit test plans and leverage data analytics to improve quality.
• Prepare and present audit reports to stakeholders within risk appetite.
• Mentor junior staff and support relationship management with lines of business.
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery across multiple audits and projects.
