Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or related field.
• Six to eight years of banking, auditing or related experience.
• Strong knowledge in audit, risk management and banking/financial services.
• Strong analytical, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
• English language fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Engagement Manager for high-risk audit engagements, including issue validations.
• Plan, scope, and develop audit test plans incorporating data analytics.
• Allocate resources according to skills and schedules to complete assignments within budget.
• Set quality expectations based on Truist Audit Services standards.
• Analyze and review process documentation to evaluate effectiveness and efficiency.
• Develop and present audit reports aligned with Truist's risk appetite framework.
• Identify substantive and material issues and formulate solutions.
• Coach, train, and mentor junior team members.
• Provide subject matter and industry knowledge to support business partnerships.
• Manage delivery of audits, projects, and special assignments.
• Provide advisory services for new systems, processes, and changes to existing systems, standards, and procedures.
• Work independently and exercise judgment in complex risk-based assessments.
