Based in the Fayetteville, AR area or nearby, this role oversees budgeting, staffing, and risk management while advancing practice growth and regulatory compliance across industries.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 7+ years of audit experience in public accounting.
• Prior experience leading engagements and supervising teams.
• CPA license required.
• Industry experience in manufacturing, construction, financial services, or not-for-profit is a plus.
• Experience contributing to practice growth, recruiting, or training initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Lead multiple audit engagements concurrently from planning to final delivery.
• Provide technical leadership on accounting and auditing matters.
• Manage and coach engagement teams with feedback and development.
• Own client relationships at engagement level with proactive communication.
• Manage engagement budgets, timelines, and billing.
• Contribute to practice development through proposals, thought leadership, recruiting, training.
• Stay current with auditing standards and regulatory changes.
