The role manages clients and staff, performing audits, reviews, and compilations, and requires a CPA, 5+ years of public accounting, and strong GAAP/GAAS knowledge. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required.
• Active CPA designation is required.
• Minimum 5 years public accounting experience.
• Strong GAAP/GAAS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform field work of audits, reviews and compilations.
• Prepare financial statements with full disclosures.
• Plan, supervise and complete routine engagements.
• Supervise other accountants and review their work.
• Develop new client relationships and strengthen existing ones.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional services to clients.
• Assist in firm administrative functions as needed.
