Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 5+ years public accounting experience.
• Active CPA.
• Self-motivated and team oriented.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience in financial statement compilation – with and without notes.
• Extensive knowledge of GAAP and special purpose frameworks.
• Solid understanding of GAAS and GAGAS / Yellow Book.
• Experience in audits and reviews of financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Perform field work of audits, reviews and compilations.
• Prepare financial statements with full disclosures.
• Plan, supervise and complete routine engagements.
• Supervise other accountants of varying levels of proficiency and experience.
• Review work performed by other accountants.
• Develop new client relationships, and strengthen existing relationships.
• Recognize opportunities to provide additional services to clients.
• Assist in firm administrative functions as needed.
