United Future, a leading Phoenix-based CPA and business advisory firm, is seeking a Senior Audit Manager to lead client engagements across Manufacturing/Retail/Distribution, Restaurants, Construction, Real Estate, and Estate planning. The role manages clients and staff in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in Accounting, 5+ years public accounting, an active CPA, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years public accounting experience.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform field work of audits, reviews and compilations.
• Prepare financial statements with full disclosures.
• Plan, supervise and complete routine engagements.
• Supervise other accountants.
• Review work performed by other accountants.
• Develop new client relationships and strengthen existing ones.
• Assist in firm administrative functions as needed.
