CyberCoders, Inc. in Downtown Dallas is seeking an Audit Manager to lead engagements, mentor staff, and drive client relationships in a well-established CPA firm. You will oversee full-cycle audits, ensure US GAAP compliance, and contribute to firm development within a hybrid work model.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of public accounting audit experience, an active CPA license, and strong communication skills to manage multiple engagements and client contacts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive audit experience in public accounting
• Active CPA license required for management-level role
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP/GAAS and internal control frameworks
• Experience supervising or leading staff and seniors
• Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle audit, review, and compilation engagements for a diverse mid-market portfolio
• Supervise and mentor senior and staff auditors, providing constructive feedback
• Review financial statements, footnotes, and management letters for compliance
• Research and resolve complex accounting issues with partners and clients
• Serve as primary client contact, managing relationships and engagements within budget
• Contribute to internal technical training and firm-wide process improvements
