Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking an experienced audit professional to lead full-cycle engagements for a diverse middle-market client portfolio in a hybrid Dallas office. You will supervise staff, mentor junior team members, and ensure compliance with US GAAP and professional standards while delivering high-quality financial statements and analyses.

The role emphasizes client relationships, timely project delivery, and opportunities to contribute to internal initiatives, including training and process

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive audit experience in a public accounting firm.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a closely related field.
• Solid working knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, and internal control frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise staff and manage multiple engagements to meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client and team interaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle audit, review, and compilation engagements for a diverse portfolio of middle-market clients.
• Supervise and coach staff auditors, delivering timely, constructive feedback that supports their development.
• Prepare financial statements, footnote disclosures, and management letters in compliance with US GAAP and professional standards.
• Research and resolve complex accounting and auditing issues in collaboration with engagement managers and partners.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, building trusted relationships and keeping engagements on track.
• Contribute to internal initiatives including technical training, quality control reviews, and firm-wide process improvements.
