Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA certification strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of audit experience in a public accounting firm.
• Experience with PCAOB and SOX audits.
• Proven ability to develop new service opportunities and manage teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the audit process from planning to completion.
• Supervise staff and seniors; provide training and coaching.
• Communicate progress, issues, and resolutions to clients.
• Manage billable hour budgets and project timelines.
• Lead multiple audit engagements simultaneously.
• Research complex audit issues and propose solutions.
• Develop developmental plans and evaluate team performance.
• Build and maintain client relationships end-to-end.
• Support business development through networking and committees.
