Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• Active CPA license is required.
• 7+ years of recent public accounting audit experience.
• Proven experience leading audit engagements and supervising staff.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical, technical research, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and commitment to team development.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee financial statement audit engagements from planning through completion.
• Audit Manager will ensure engagements are completed efficiently, accurately, and within established deadlines.
• Provide technical guidance on complex accounting and auditing matters.
• Review financial statements, workpapers, and audit documentation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service.
• Manage engagement budgets, billing, and profitability.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop audit professionals.
• Assist with staffing and resource planning across multiple engagements.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and support business development initiatives.
