Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• CPA eligibility (150 credit hours) required for CPA eligibility.
• Minimum 2 years of public accounting experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with client responsiveness.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audit, review, and compilation procedures with tests of controls and analytical procedures.
• Coordinate day-to-day duties including planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up.
• Demonstrate understanding of US GAAP and GAAS.
• Lead and direct audit engagements from planning to completion; mentor staff.
• Communicate effectively with peers, supervisors, and clients.
• Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and trends in auditing.
• Participate in professional development to enhance technical skills.
