Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Position Overview

The Senior Audit Associate will play a critical role in leading audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards while providing valuable insights to improve client financial practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion, including preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Evaluate internal controls and assess risk management processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with audit team members to develop and implement audit plans and strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their business operations and provide tailored audit solutions.
• Prepare and review work papers and documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to professional standards.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of junior audit staff to enhance their professional development.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting or audit.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CPA Eligible
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
