Job Details:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Audit Associate to join our dynamic finance team. This role involves leading audit engagements, supervising junior staff, and liaising with clients and regulators. It is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Leading and executing audits for public companies per PCAOB standards and SEC regulations.
2. Assessing risks related to financial reporting and internal controls.
3. Preparing and reviewing financial statements per GAAP and IFRS.
4. Supervising, training, and mentoring junior staff.
5. Engaging with clients to understand their processes and risks.
6. Collaborating across departments to ensure financial accuracy.
7. Staying updated on US GAAP, IFRS, PCAOB, and SEC regulations.
8. Developing and implementing audit methodologies.

Qualifications:

1. At least 5 years of auditing experience, preferably in finance.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related; CPA or equivalent preferred.
3. Knowledge of PCAOB, SEC, GAAP, IFRS, and risk assessment.
4. Experience leading audits and supervising staff.
5. Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
6. Strong communication skills for liaising with clients and regulators.
7. High integrity and professionalism.
8. Proficiency with audit software and financial systems.
9. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
10. Commitment to staying current in auditing standards.
