Job summary

You will supervise Staff Accountants, mentor teammates, strengthen client relationships and help improve team profitability while building audit-specific technical depth.

The role requires a Bachelor's in accounting or finance and 2–3 years of public accounting experience, with a CPA path encouraged.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in public accounting or equivalent balance of education and work experience.
• Ability to sit for the CPA exam or passed sections is a plus.
• Strong understanding of accounting and auditing rules.

Responsibilities

• Complete audit and attest projects for designated clients with minimal oversight.
• Conduct engagement reviews and manage multiple engagements.
• Supervise Staff Accountants and develop technical audit skills.
