Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in public accounting or equivalent
• CPA exam or sections pass is a plus
• Strong understanding of accounting and auditing rules
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Complete audit and attest projects for designated clients with minimal oversight
• Conduct engagement reviews and manage engagements
• Mentor Staff Accountants and develop their skills
• Work toward CPA licensure and maintain professional development
• Travel domestically as needed and meet firm deadlines
