Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years audio/visual experience in a hotel and conference environment.
• Three years experience with commercial audio, video, and videoconferencing systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent education required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver audio/visual services to customers including setting-up, testing, and operation of equipment.
• Maintain daily work schedule by monitoring adjustments to audio/visual equipment in customer areas and meeting rooms.
• Use troubleshooting techniques to diagnose audio/visual equipment problems and guide others in troubleshooting.
• Provide full range audio/visual support in planning, coordinating, and implementing logistics for daily meetings and events.
