Job summary
The Arizona Supreme Court, Administrative Office of the Courts, is seeking an Audio Visual Operations Specialist V to lead AV operations for judicial education conferences and trainings at the JEC in Phoenix. You will configure, operate, and monitor instructional technologies, guide end users, and coordinate with vendors.
Responsibilities include managing media Center operations, inventory, and coordinating with Education Services, AOC, and faculty.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in audiovisual tech support or multimedia production.
- Advanced knowledge of configuring, programming, operating, and maintaining enterprise-grade A/V systems.
- Ability to guide end users and troubleshoot complex AV problems across diverse platforms.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate facility logistics for conferences, trainings, and events.
- Oversee room configuration and environmental readiness for events.
- Manage all AV systems, graphics production, and video development.
- Support ongoing facility operations and maintenance of the Judicial Education Center (JEC).
- Collaborate with Education Services, AOC, and faculty; travel up to 10%.
