Job summary

Arizona Supreme Court is seeking an Audio Visual Operations Specialist to provide technical and operational support for judicial education conferences, trainings, and related events. You will configure and operate enterprise-grade A/V systems, guide end users, and manage the Media Center and inventory.

This role requires strong problem-solving, hands-on expertise with video capture, editing workflows, streaming delivery, and collaboration with Education Services, AOC, and faculty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in audiovisual technology support or multimedia production.
• Proven ability configuring, programming, operating, and maintaining enterprise-grade A/V systems.
• Strong knowledge of video capture, editing workflows, streaming delivery, and multimedia production.
• Excellent communication to guide users with varied technical proficiency.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility logistics and room configurations for events.
• Operate and maintain diverse instructional support technologies.
• Oversee Media Center operations and manage JEC inventory.
• Collaborate with Education Services, AOC, and vendors; travel as needed.
