• Diagnose hardware, software, and networking issues in AV systems in classrooms and event spaces.
• Provide on-site technical support for classes, meetings, and special events.
• Support video conferencing, recording, streaming, and AV control systems.
• Manage work through ServiceNow and maintain AV inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors as needed for AV maintenance and upgrades.
• Provide limited desktop support for faculty, staff, and students during events.
