Job summary

AVI-SPL seeks an Auditorium Support Engineer to deliver on-site support for customer events. You will partner with customers, management, and global helpdesk to ensure a world-class customer service experience across production environments.

Responsibilities include operating control room tech, creating assets, and coordinating with engineers to resolve issues. This role requires strong collaboration and the ability to travel for off-site events.

Qualifications

• Experience with Tricaster technology in professional events.
• Experience in sophisticated auditorium environments (lighting, camera switching, audio board).
• Experience creating graphical assets for high-profile meetings (lower thirds).
• Production background in live events or broadcast environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate control room technology with emphasis on Tricaster and audio boards.
• Collaborate with onsite teams to execute events per runs of show.
• Create graphical assets ahead of production events and manage room readiness testing.
• Lead or assist with special events and executive meetings as needed.
• Set up, test, operate, and dismantle AV gear for on-site or off-site events.
