Dolby is seeking a Senior Audio AI Researcher in Atlanta, GA, to advance AI/ML across audio, video, and multi-modal technologies. You will work with global AI researchers to implement bleeding-edge generative and self-supervised models, and contribute to product- and patent-driven innovations.

Ideal candidates hold a Ph.D. in CS with strong publication records and expertise in Python and modern DL frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong background in deep learning with practical experience.
• Knowledge in audio, video, or text processing desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with domain experts to refine AI/ML strategy.
• Apply deep learning and foundation models to new and existing applications.
• Push state-of-the-art and develop new technology for Dolby’s products.
• Translate research into product-friendly implementations and patent ideas.
• Advise leadership on recent AI/ML advancements and industry trends.
