Job summary

Holland & Knight in Miami seeks a Senior Attorney Recruiting Manager to lead lateral partner, senior counsel and associate recruiting for South Florida offices, including Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and West Palm Beach.

You will oversee coordinators, partner with firm leadership, and drive the recruitment process end-to-end, including interviews, due diligence and integration planning, while staying attuned to market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in legal recruiting, including lateral partner recruitment experience.
• 3+ years of experience in management.
• JD degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies.
• Establish and maintain search firm relationships.
• Manage and develop one or more recruiting coordinators or assistants.
• Serve as a resource for candidates and firm leaders.
• Guide candidates and partners through the recruiting process.
• Plan candidate interviews and assess fit.
• Conduct candidate due diligence and document findings.
• Facilitate hiring decisions and negotiations.
• Draft employment agreements and integration plans.
• Monitor market conditions and trends impacting recruitment.
• Build relationships with law school career services offices.
• Oversee the summer associate program.
• Maintain recruiting documentation and records.
• Take on special projects as assigned.
