Job summary

Kelley Kronenberg in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Lateral Attorney Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for staff and support roles, while building relationships with lateral partners and small firm owners.

You will work with the Managing Partner and practice leaders to shape acquisition strategy, source candidates, and maintain a confidential pipeline for lateral opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, communications, or related field.
• Minimum five years recruiting experience across full cycle.
• Experience recruiting attorneys with Books of Business prioritized.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; engage senior attorneys and owners.
• Ability to handle confidential conversations professionally; familiar with ATS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for Firm staff roles and maintain a strong pipeline.
• Partner with Business Unit Leaders to define hiring needs and craft job postings.
• Source candidates via networking, referrals, social platforms, and creative channels.
• Drive recruiting efforts for Partner-Level Attorneys with books of business.
• Represent the Firm at job fairs and events; ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Research and map firms/attorneys with portable books of business.
• Collaborate with Managing Partner to shape lateral/acquisition strategy discreetly.
• Maintain a dedicated pipeline for lateral and acquisition opportunities.
