You will manage interview logistics, candidate communications, and onboarding documentation while maintaining candidate pipelines and recruiting metrics to inform hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of legal recruiting experience in a law firm.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems: Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, LawCruit, or ViRecruit.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Zoom/Teams.
• Proven ability to manage senior-level candidate pipelines and external search firms.
• Knowledge of AI tools applicable to high-volume recruitment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Acquisition team, Practice Group Leaders, Hiring Partners, and other internal stakeholders to support lateral hiring.
• Coordinate the full candidate lifecycle: postings, ATS maintenance, interview scheduling, communications, feedback, offers, and pre-arrival documents.
• Manage relationships with search firms, candidates, attorneys, and other parties to deliver high-quality candidate experiences.
• Own recruiting operations: interview logistics, background checks, references, conflict clearance, reimbursements, agency agreements, invoices, and records.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines, prepare reports, and support recruiting projects and broader operations.
• Conduct market research, track talent movements, support sourcing strategy, compile metrics, and inform hiring decisions.
• Produce timely, accurate work, communicate effectively, meet deadlines, and uphold firm policies.
