Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution is seeking a Senior Transactional Real Estate Associate to join our Boston-based team with remote work options. The position offers a $230K base salary and a chance to handle sophisticated developer-side transactions for a nationally focused practice.

You will work on complex real estate deals, including affordable housing and tax-credit financing, collaborating with experienced attorneys to manage diligence, drafting, and closings across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Handle Complex Real Estate Transactions: Support developer-side affordable housing, real estate development, and community development matters from initial diligence through closing.
• Draft & Negotiate Transactional Documents: Draft, review, and negotiate acquisition and disposition agreements, financing documents, loan documents, regulatory agreements, and other transaction-related materials.
• Work on Tax-Credit Transactions: Assist with sophisticated transactions involving New Markets Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits, and other layered financing structures.
• Manage Due Diligence & Closings: Coordinate diligence, closing deliverables, transaction timelines, and workstreams across multiple stakeholders.
• Advise Sophisticated Clients: Work directly with clients, counterparties, and internal teams on complex real estate, financing, and community development matters.

I am currently working with a nationally recognized boutique law firm who are looking to add a Mid-Level to Senior Transactional Real Estate Associate to their sophisticated national developer practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced real estate attorney looking to work on complex affordable housing, community development, tax-credit finance, and developer-side transactions, while working closely with experienced attorneys on sophisticated, nationally focused matters.
