Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide sophisticated legal counsel to OMB leadership and staff on policy and legal issues.
• Draft and review government-wide documents, including FAR and OMB guidance.
• Conduct in-depth legal analyses and advise on legality of policies.
• Defend OMB positions in litigation, coordinating with DOJ and other agencies.
