The ideal candidate has 7+ years of legal experience, JD from an accredited school, and in-house exposure to consumer brands.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant legal experience in law firm or corporate setting.
• Experience advising on advertising, marketing, promotions, and commercial transactions.
• In-house experience advising marketing/brand organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise Marketing, Brand, Insights, Consumer Engagement, and Digital teams from concept to execution.
• Review and counsel on advertising, packaging, product claims, promotions, sweepstakes, sponsorships, influencer marketing, and e-commerce.
