Our client is one of the largest plaintiff-side personal injury law firms in Texas, with a statewide footprint and a reputation for treating every case as if it's headed to trial. The firm has built out a robust internal infrastructure, deep litigation support teams, significant investment in expert resources, and a strong internal culture of mentorship, allowing its attorneys and managers to focus on advocacy rather than administrative overhead. It's a firm in active growth mode, with leadership opportunities opening up as the practice scales across the state.

You'll lead a team through every phase of case development — from intake through trial — backed by serious institutional investment in litigation support, and with meaningful flexibility on where you're based.
