A leading statewide personal injury firm is seeking a proven trial attorney to lead and develop a team of litigators. This leadership role oversees 4–6 attorneys and their support staff, guiding case strategy from pre-litigation through trial or resolution, running regular strategy reviews, mentoring junior attorneys on depositions, motions, negotiation, and trial prep, and reviewing pleadings and case evaluations prepared by the team.
Candidates need a J.D. and active Texas Bar license, 5+ personal injury jury trials preferred (plaintiff or defense), strong Texas PI litigation experience end-to-end, and demonstrated leadership or mentorship experience.
