The role focuses on Employment Law, contract negotiation, and immigration matters, with an emphasis on collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Solid Employment Law grounding.
• Storytelling instincts to turn data into a decision.
• 6+ years navigating the politics that general work attracts.
• Familiarity with Leadership and related tools or frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Keep Boeing's Due Diligence pipeline humming without constant hand-holding
• Represent Boeing professionally with vendors, partners, and customers
• Tie general effort back to a number Boeing cares about
• Hand off Trial Preparation work clean enough that nobody has to ask twice
• Bridge Contract Negotiation and Immigration Law so neither team works in the dark
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Boeing to hit shared goals
• Keep your Immigration Law edge sharp as the VA market shifts
