Strategic Solutions Corp in Washington, DC is seeking an Attorney to turn momentum into scalable outcomes. You will own end-to-end projects from napkin sketch to DC rollout, manage incidents, and collaborate across teams with a focus on employment and discovery matters.

The role rewards hands-on legal expertise in Employment Law and Discovery Management, with a need for clear policy drafting and stakeholder diplomacy in a fast-paced, DC-market environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on proficiency with Employment Law, ideally paired with Discovery Management.
• 5+ years of Criminal Law reps, not just Criminal Law exposure.
• Ownership mindset treating the company's money like your own.
• Discovery Management experience that survives a whiteboard interview.
• The diplomacy to align stakeholders who don't agree yet.
• Reliable, accountable, and committed to following through.
• Comfort owning general decisions in a DC market.
