Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides sophisticated client counseling to OMB leadership, managers, and staff across OMB and the Executive Office of the President on government procurement policy, Federal financial assistance, information technology, cybersecurity, and domestic content requirements.
• Drafts and reviews government-wide documents, including the FAR, and OMB guidance.
• Conducts in-depth legal analyses and advises on the legality and soundness of OMB's government-wide policies and guidance.
• Defends OMB's position in litigation, working closely with the Department of Justice and other Federal agencies.
