Air Force Civilian Service seeks a Full-Time Attorney Advisor (General) to support the Staff Judge Advocate at Wright Patterson AFB, Dayton, OH. The position provides senior legal advice across administrative, environmental, contract, labor, and international law for WPAFB units and GSUs.

Salary ranges from $110,401 to $143,523 with locality. Telework may be available. Government benefits include generous paid time off, health care, and retirement under FERS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a law school accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA).
• Licensed attorney in active status in a U.S. state, territory, or commonwealth.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Department of the Air Force in litigation and provide legal assistance under AF Legal Assistance Program.
• Evaluate legal compliance and risks; analyze documents, investigations, and regulatory guidance.
• Research federal, state, and local law, DoD instructions, and DoD guidance; prepare legal opinions.
