Job summary

Qualifications

• ABA-accredited law school graduate with JD/LLB.
• Active bar status in highest court of a state, DC, or territory, dated within four months of application.

Responsibilities

• Advise SJA and subordinate/tenant commanders on general law matters and assess legal risk.
• Prepare cases for litigation and provide legal support during litigation.
• Provide personal civil legal assistance to active-duty military, DoD civilians, retirees, and other eligible beneficiaries.
