Job summary

Modern Family Law, a rapidly expanding national family law firm, seeks a hybrid Family Law Senior Attorney to join one of our Washington offices (Seattle, Bellevue, Everett). The role offers remote-first flexibility with in-person requirements, reporting to a collaborative team, and the chance to handle diverse, substantive matters.

Four or more years in Family Law, Washington State Bar admission, and strong writing/communication are essential.

Requirements

• Four (4) or more years of Family Law experience.
• Must be able to relocate to one of our offices (Seattle, Bellevue, Everett) and fulfill the in-person responsibilities of a practicing attorney within a reasonable timeframe. Relocation assistance provided.
• Experience in Family Law preferred; open to litigation candidates interested in practicing Family Law.
• Active admission to the Washington State Bar.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a client-focused mindset.

Compensation

$175,000 - $285,880 annually. Additionally, we are currently offering a $15,000 signing bonus and relocation package for this role. The range presented is a reliable estimate of the base salary plus potential commissions based on billable hours and collections that this individual is expected to receive. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, billable hour expectations, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
