Modern Family Law in Seattle is seeking a hybrid Family Law Senior Associate Attorney to join our rapidly expanding team. The role offers remote-first flexibility with in-person court requirements, handling a range of family law matters, including divorce and child custody, while directly communicating with clients.

Ideal candidates have four or more years in Family Law, possess Washington State Bar admission, and demonstrate strong writing and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Modern Family Law, a rapidly expanding national law firm specializing in Family Law, is seeking a hybrid Family Law Senior Associate Attorney to join our Seattle office.

Compensation: $175,000 - $285,880 annually. The range presented is a reliable estimate of the base salary plus potential commissions based on billable hours and collections that this individual is expected to receive. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, billable hour expectations, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. Full-time employees are eligible for health insurance with an optional Health Savings Account (HSA), short-term disability, long-term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401(k) Retirement Plan, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program.

Additional voluntary programs are available and include voluntary accident insurance, voluntary life, voluntary disability, voluntary long-term care, voluntary critical illness and cancer insurance, as well as pet insurance. Additionally, in some markets, commuter and transit benefit programs are available.
